A commercial that is airing in the UK is reveling the the 3DS firmware update is coming on the 30th of this month. Rumor 1st had it on Nov 4th then the 22nd (tomorrow). Below is a video of the commercial and it does mention it. So we will see what happens. 5 seconds into the video you can see on the bottom that it states the update will be available on the 30th.
