Capcom still hasn't figured out if they want to release Monster Hunter Tri G over here in the west. Capcom recently told some investors during a Q&A session that they are still not sure if they will be bringing the game over to Europe and North America.

Q. What are your overseas plans for “Monster Hunter 3 (Tri) G”?
A. Our stance for the overseas distribution of this title is the same as for the entire “Monster Hunter” series. We are selling the preceding title “Monster Hunter Tri” overseas so we will consider launching this title overseas, too. But no decision has been reached yet.

Nintendo has announced via a press release that the next Legend of Zelda symphony concert will take place in Dallas on January 10th. The Dallas Symphony Orchestra will perform orchestral arrangements of music from the game’s 25-year history accompanied by video content from the games themselves. This new concert series will go on tour across the United States in 2012 as The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses.

“The love that fans feel for The Legend of Zelda series cannot be overstated. In 2012, we want to give people across the country a chance to come together and enjoy the music from the games that mean so much to so many.”

- Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing

Could we see a 3D remake of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past for 3DS? While that’s far from being confirmed at this point, Skyward Sword producer Eiji Aonuma somewhat teased the possibility.

In an interview with GamesRadar, Aonuma said:

“Well actually, even Mr. Miyamoto himself has been talking recently about going back to the 2D Zelda games, in particular the ones that were designed with multiple levels to the world like A Link to the Past, and taking those 2D graphics and recreating them in 3D so that you could get a sense for the depth of those worlds. That’s something that might be interesting to do, so I would say there might be a possibility of something like that in the future.”

I’m in agreement with Aonuma: that idea definitely be very interesting. Is this something you guys would like to see?

Nintendo has announced a bundle for the 3DS that includes The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D and a limited edition 3DS with a golden detailing. It’s only confirmed for Europe and there’s no word on a release date, but I suspect it’ll be available in all regions before Christmas.
